2. About Our Services

Precision Detail Studios is a fully mobile auto detailing business. We bring our own water, power, and professional supplies directly to your home, office, or other agreed-upon location. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Mobile detailing for cars, trucks, and SUVs.
• Interior detailing and deep cleaning.
• Exterior detailing and paint correction.
• Ceramic coating application.
• Headlight restoration.
• RV and boat detailing.

We reserve the right to refuse or decline a service if a vehicle's condition is beyond what was described at the time of booking, or if conditions at the service location are unsafe or unsuitable for detailing.

3. Booking & Appointments

All appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed by our team. When you submit a booking request, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and location details so we can prepare the right services and equipment.
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed-upon time and location.
• Notify us in advance of any access restrictions, parking limitations, or special requirements at the service location.
• Provide access to a suitable space with enough room for our team and equipment to work safely.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best possible results, you agree to:

• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before interior services begin, unless otherwise agreed.
• Disclose any known damage, sensitive materials, aftermarket parts, or areas that require special care.
• Ensure pets are secured and that the service area is safe for our team to work in.

We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle during detailing.

5. SMS / Text Messaging & A2P Consent

By providing your phone number and submitting a booking request, inquiry, or contact form on this website, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS and MMS text messages from Precision Detail Studios (and parties acting on our behalf) at the phone number you provide. This consent is required to receive our services and applies to Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging.

Message types may include, but are not limited to:

• Appointment confirmations and scheduling updates.
• Service reminders and arrival notifications.
• Quote follow-ups and customer service replies.
• Promotional offers and specials (where you have opted in).

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of receiving marketing or promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or call us at (941) 400-3545. Transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations) may still be sent to the number on file even if you opt out of marketing messages.

We do not share or sell your mobile information to non-affiliated third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We will not share your mobile information with any third party for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.

You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide to consent. By providing your number, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

6. Quotes & Payment

Every quote is free and tailored to your vehicle's condition and the services you request. Final pricing is confirmed before your appointment is scheduled. You agree to pay for the services you book in accordance with the terms agreed at confirmation. Any additional services requested on-site will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer the time slot to another customer. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to make it right.

8. Limitation of Liability

Precision Detail Studios takes pride in the quality of our work and uses professional-grade products and techniques. However, detailing services are performed on vehicles that vary widely in age, condition, and maintenance history. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues that cannot be reasonably corrected through detailing.

You are responsible for disclosing any existing damage, prior repairs, or sensitive surfaces before service begins.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions — is the property of Precision Detail Studios and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or services will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Manatee County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
